Do we need to change our current provider?
Not necessarily. We first assess whether the existing infrastructure can support the requirements and necessary changes.
Is round-the-clock monitoring included?
Tools, support hours and response times are specified in the agreement. They are not automatically included in the technical setup.
Is having a backup enough?
No. Storage, access and the recovery procedure need to be defined. A recovery test shows whether the backup can actually be used.
